About He Man dual controls
There are two types of dual control systems that can be fitted to your vehicle, depending on the age and design of the car.
Cable System
The cable system is the standard option for most modern cars. It provides a pedal feel that closely matches the driver’s brake and clutch operation. One key difference is that the instructor’s pedals do not move when the driver uses theirs. This system is reliable, widely compatible, and ideal for newer vehicles.
Rod System
The rod system, used mainly in older vehicles, requires more space to install. It mirrors the driver’s pedal movements on the instructor’s side, allowing the instructor to observe and feel actions such as clutch engagement. This system can feel heavier underfoot
